My OCs generally have some attribute or personality traits that I do (write what you know, yes?).

It isn't just a representation matters thing (I'm plus sized, have vitiligo, and getting diagnosed with Lupus and Ehlers-Danlos, and my husband says I'm a very "feisty little thing"), but also as a way to show self love (and whump, if we're honest).

But yes, as I am obstinate, so is my damn character. Dammit.

My favorite, though, is my Mark character from Solace. He was inspired by a friend that we no longer have with us on this plane, and he is an absolute joy to write...
